Addison Grove

I’ve lived at Addison Grove for 3 years and just renewed! I’m very picky with apartments because I’ve been in the multi-family property management industry for some time. The staff is 10/10 wonderful! This is super important for when you have maintenance or community concerns, or just general questions as things come up. Very friendly, always helpful — they care! The community itself feels clean and safe. I feel safe as a single female walking around the area, including the Redding walking trail nearby. I would say that most of the people living here are very nice and generally not difficult. People say hi, give space in the parking garage, lots of furry friends, lots of people walk the side walks, etc. The garage feels solid too — no break ins and is gated. Reserved parking and garages. I’ve been living at Addison Grove for almost 2 years now and it is hands down the best apartments and community I’ve been apart of in my 10 years of being a renter. They are always having community events for us and just doing things to show their appreciation of us as well. Shout out to the staff who are always incredibly friendly anytime I interact with them and that goes for the maintenance team as well as the team that keeps this building looking amazing every day. You truly feel at home here at Addison Grove and you won’t find better elsewhere, believe me!

I have had a wonderful experience with our most recent apartment manager Samantha. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, and communication was always clear and respectful. She goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and valued. It’s refreshing to have a manager who truly cares about the property and the people living in it. I highly recommend this community thanks to her outstanding management!

I truly have nothing but great things to say about the leasing team. Christina Reed was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, along with Samantha and Serina. They were responsive, kind, and genuinely supportive from the very beginning. From the initial tour to the follow-ups and all the questions I had along the way, they made everything feel clear and manageable. Moving can be overwhelming, but having a team that actually cares makes a huge difference. I absolutely love my apartment, the building, and the neighborhood. Overall, the service and management have been great, and I’ve felt really comfortable here. If there’s one area that could use some improvement, it would be the gym. I use it daily, and at times it feels a little overlooked compared to the rest of the buildin
