7 months of living here, and absolutely love the amenities, maintenance and services. Highly appreciate the secured package deliveries, quick turnaround time for maintenance requests and resolution (thanks to Carlos!), and the super helpful managers and leasing agents at the leasing office. Just one scope of improvement would be maintenance of cleanliness around some of the stairways (most are pretty clean).

We toured here last minute and fell in love with the area and floorplans. La’Rhyia is an amazing agent, very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Our moving process was smooth and they were very helpful. Our apartment unit is in great shape with minor repairs needed which La’Rhyia has already arranged to fix. Quiet and safety was our priority and we have been very pleased so far.

Living in apartments can be more suiting and loving when you have wonderful and professional folks as management LaRyhia as not just been super helpful always but have also been outstandingly professional with her approach, acts and top of it all helpful in all ways when I walk into the office. With professional likes this you’ll always enjoy your experience living in a wonderful place like this. Thank you for everything you do. Duly appreciated.

I moved in on 01/09, so I am still fairly new to the community, however I can say that so far I am really loving living here! La'Rhyia was so great during my move-in process. She answered all of my questions quickly and immediately took care of a few (minor) issues I had at the start of move-in. The community is older, but they have done a great job of maintaining it. I haven't had or seen any safety issues and the property is clean! The location is also PRIME! I am looking forward to continuing my stay at Addison Keller Springs!

All the reviews about La’Ryhia were absolutely true! She was attentive, asked all the right questions, and genuinely cared about what I was looking for rather than just trying to make a sale. Her knowledge of the community was a huge plus. Overall, it was a great experience working with her.
