Berlinda is a god-send. She has been extremely helpful since my moved-insurance at the beginning of October. She made the process hassle-free and actually enjoyable. Thank yoy so much for your help with everything!

My experience so far has been amazing! I came by super late and Berlinda was nothing but helpful. She made this stressful time a breeze, she was informative and had all the answers. Terrible experience having to deal with leasing office, people here will be nice to you but they dont care about any issues that you are having and wont do anything to help or fix the issue, they will just tell you to report it online and they dont follow up or reply that they never got the message, but they are quick to charge any extra fee without explanation. Communication for updates or news is terrible, they just send an email and if you did not read it well you are screwed, they can close the laundry room without any signs on site and will excuse saying they sent an email, but if you send an email and they dont read it the only person screwed its you because they take zero accountability for their mistakes, and good luck requesting anything after 5 pm, its ghost town and they will ta

Berlinda & her team are so great with providing fast solutions and responses. I'm the summer my new A/c unit went out at around 4pm on a Friday. The team was so fast to respond to my late afternoon request to fix. Within two hours it was repaired and running. Gotta love the on site maintenance.

I moved here about a year ago ! I love it . The maintenance is always on time on there work orders . It's quite and never had a problem here . Which is why I love my place to call home . Belinda Lily is awesome she responds efficiently and works with you on any issue you may have . I recommend 10 out of 10 .
