I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. It’s spacious, affordable, and well-managed. One of the things I appreciate most is that the rental office is right in the building, so it’s super convenient if I ever need anything. The girls in the rental office are always helpful and friendly, which makes a big difference. Overall, a great place to live!

I lived under GoldMark properties from October 2016 up until August of 2024. They where always amazing to me and they did return my deposit I am greatful to had meet everyone there and greatful for my stay with them all these year of my life at least the past 8-10 years.

I don't agree with the fees I was charged, and I know they were wrong, but I still give 5 stars since I paid it, and they reported it to experian Rent Bureau really fast. I only care about not being homeless due to being hit with fees 5 years after I left this God-awful state from this community but they resolved it super quick and this community wasn't bad to live in. Rent was 735$ in 2019. Everywhere else I have lived since leaving this state charges 1500-1900$ for a 1 bedroom. If you are moving here short term as a new grad to get your experience I would live here while you do so. The rents still very cheap.

I am very happy to say that the facilities are excellent and the security is very comfortable feeling and the gym is very convenient and the staff do a awesome job making sure that the tenants are important and are willing to go out of there way to help and the fix any issues that you may have in a very responsive manner I have no complaints and recommend that give them a try thank you Columbia west I appreciate you all.

I absolutely love it here. When my fiance and I were going through a rough time switching jobs, they were so helpful on letting us pay rent a certain day and we've been back on track ever since. I love our home all around. Maintenance is always there on the dot to help us with everything! I'm pretty sure we're signing another year lease at the Grandview 2. The only thing I could say I'd like more of is the grass being cut. Other than that. I love where we stay. :)
