So let me get this straight.. Anyone attempting to find a place to live, such as this place, must pay an "APPLICATION FEE", per person at that. Just to find out you get denied, AND there is NO REFUND for the application, not even a partial refund. So then the applicant and there family members are not only no where closer to finding a place to call home, but are also out $50 per person. Are people not struggling enough for you? You need to fill your pockets just a little bit more from families that are already stressing enough. Fees and transactions should ONLY apply to tenants and definite FUTURE tenants. This place, and any other place that has this policy, that takes advantage of desperate families, should be completely ashamed of themselves. DO NOT CHARGE PEOPLE FOR TRYING TO FIND A HO

Alyssa was absolutely amazing and very helpful with the tour and the application process. If you are looking for a place to call home then I Highly recommend going and seeing Alyssa and there wonderful, friendly staff at Columbia Hills Apartments. Thank you so much Alyssa for all your help, it truly was very much appreciated.

Weather stripping works, and are breathing much better since the ventilation system has been cleaned.

I’ve lived here 3 years, and you can’t beat it. Rent is well below average, we have a pool, gym, dog park, playground, grills, etc. The maintenance guys are awesome and responsive. It’s an older complex but staff keep the buildings maintained, along with the grounds. Our property manager, Michelle, is the sweetest, super accommodating and very understanding. We have cute little holiday door decorating contests. This is a complex geared towards families. It’s also super quiet and the proximity to Saturn Parkway is unmatched for the price.

I left a voicemail for maintenance after hours on Thursday or Friday that my fridge had went out. By Monday I had a new fridge. I am very pleased with their speedy service.
