I feel scammed, genuinely shocked that this company has good reviews at all. Me and my fiancé found a house through Zillow that stated they allowed pets, show up to meet the “landlord” and they end up charging 1000$ pet deposit because they didn’t allow pets. Then they rushed us to pay the first months rent and sign the lease even though there are multiple things that need fixed to even be livable. I have called every day for a week and a half that we’ve been here just to be met with unbothered women who clearly have no since of urgency. No hot water for 2 weeks now, broken windows letting any air out charging my power bill a crazy amount, ac units are barely hanging on for dear life… We haven’t been here very long and already are regretting our decision to rent with this company. Save you

We couldn’t be more happy with Kathy she sold our home to the first buyers she showed our home to! I have also had the experience of having her as my landlord for my business I have never had to wait for repairs to be made. Kathy is one of the best Realtors I have ever used! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Colonial Realty they are above board in every way!

The people here just aren't right. I'd highly suggest checking the property history before signing a lease. We moved in last May, have complained of leaking water since then. However, we were told not to hire an outside contractor because they have their own but to no avail has anyone addressed the water issue until I withheld one months rent(9 months into my lease). Lol so with 3 months left in my lease I was sanctioned to court for the following month for non-payment of rent, but had every receipt in my hand but because the broker feels Judge Swann is proTenant I was still issued a date to vacate. After hiring an attorney many things came to light. Ex. 1. They had been cited many times about an open sewage issue as well as standing water but unfortunately never Raticated the situation nd

Lets see i have lost 176$ from the the 2days total time ive spent waiting for a plumber from colonials contracts list. Who apparently cant give a time or a general idea of when they will feel like stopping by. Because of their generous attitude toward wasting my time, and money. For the past 2 yrs me n my uncle have wasted our sick days n holidays on waiting for contracts. Mainly because they seem to want to put bandaids on problems instead of fixing them. They dont seem to have standards for their contractors. And i still have a 10ft whole in my garage ceiling that has been there for months. because thats how long it took them to fix the shingles i made sure they were informed about. Ignorance, incompetence or laziness, take ur pick Brian Luv bless n light 2 all
