LOVE College Place! The location is amazing! The best parts in my opinion are Angie and Kenny! They take great care of the property and truly care about the kids living there. They are always prompt if there's questions or an issue. My daughter has lived there for 3 years and now that she's graduating we are hoping our son is lucky enough to get an apartment there to finish out his time at Clemson. We've had kids in 2 other apartments in Clemson and this is our favorite.

Unfortunately, I would never recommend living here to anyone. There is little to no communication between the property manager and tenants. You will never know what you are being charged for nor will you know why. You will be charged for the mistakes of other residents that live in other units. There is a large lack of professionalism including constant typos in emails and lack of response to parents of tenants for days on end. CollegePlace is a difficult place to live.

Perfect location and apartments are in great conditions! I love College Place! Angie and Kenny do an amazing job at making sure we are not only happy, but they make sure that we are comfortable at College Place. I work in property management, so I know good property management when I see it and College Place definitely has that!

Absolutely the worst ran property I have lived at in my 4 years at Clemson. The company takes advantage and screws college students. They "forgot" to charge us for parking the entire year and thought it would be a good idea to make it up by sending us a pizza?? Yeah a pizza is worth $200. Getting ahold of anyone is difficult and the place is a mess 75% of the time. I would read the lease carefully because it puts the students at fault for everything. Our cable has not worked all year and when we tried contacting them to fix it, they told us to call the city. Very professional college place. I would never recommend living here. Zero star review for zero effort by this management.

Great location, terrible company. Lived here for two year, lost count of property managers after 5 (with no warning or update from the corporate office in Utah, where at least several employees were unaware they even own properties in Clemson), paid $300/mo more than the rest of our neighbors (despite being verbally promised the same rent as everyone else before moving in), tried for 7 months to get the current management to sign a form verifying I moved out to receive reimbursement from my employer (claimed I was emailed the form to two emails several times), received only a small fraction of our security deposit (that I couldn’t argue due to the difficulty of getting in contact with someone).
