College Parkway Place

The building is newly renovated and it looks really nice. The office staff is better than it’s been in the past. They work hard and make you feel human unlike prior office staff. This place, despite the renovations and staff, is home to too many pot heads and noise, unfortunately! It’s supposed to be a smoke-free community, but it’s far from it. People blare their TV and radio when you’re trying to sleep. If it weren’t for people being inconsiderate of others, it would be a nice place to live with everything local so you don’t have to drive too far, and close to AACC.

I put in an application years ago then I called again and they were closing to reenact so it was another year before you could put in an application so I was saying total I waited probably 8 years I'm a single 63-year-old woman and I live there when my kids were young so that was 40 years ago but I would like it if someone would answer me take pride in returning phone calls and getting things done. Strict rules about daily living. Can’t smoke cigarettes on the property, that includes the parking lot AWAY from all people and doors. The maintenance men spy on you, there is mold build up in the building. They have a mild roach problem, in which I personally Fog bombed the trash room to stop the bug movement. They show favoritism, (what you get wrote up for, the next person may not). They procrastinate on certain repair request. Extremely knit picky living when it comes to management. Very underhanded and sneaky. Communication doesn’t work either. They tell you one thing then do the exact opposite. Nosy neighbors can’t mind their business. I stay to myself and talk to nobody. Not even management anymore. It’s sad. Smh 🤦🏾‍♂️

my parent has lived there for nearly 10 years. there is mold they won't clean up, they won't replace items in her apartment that need replacing, etc. the janitor is a spy, it's like a prison with their stupid rules there too (no one can go out on the balcony of their apartment and talk on the phone, for example). disgusting!

The most calm place i have been, nice people,close to nice soccer and baseball fields. Even spacious dog parks! 8mins away from any store on a car off course!
