Contacted carrie jakaby due to her name being listed as a connection to 686 Carefree Drive SD, CA. got no response back although this is an urgent matter . whoever is the owner or relates to that address , attention is needed . the tenants in that house are causing such a disturbance , several cars not being moved , looking sketchy , cars being hit by their cars because they do not know how to drive , blocking of house driveways . this is unacceptable ! need contact info on homeowners or the agents !
