TERRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! Every single thing from the listing being completely written wrong, pictures that didn’t showcase at all (second picture was the inside of the toilet!), the agent Carla Wade lying about possible tenants, wouldn’t make simple/needed changes to the listing & then passed the listing to another agent who LOST the keys! Then top it all I was told the 1st month rent would be split between the landlord(myself) & the agent which turned out to be another false statement when the entirety of the first month rent was split between the agent and the agent that let my tenant into the property..but they didn’t even have a key so it was actually my neighbor that let them in!
