If I could give 0 stars, I would!! I've been in a contract with a agent from this office who made promises that she did not keep! I am now stuck in another year lease because my agent failed to service me properly! I say this because I had no pre approval no plan no nothing! I was told to work on my credit and once I get to a 620 with all 3 bureaus than a pre-approval would be done. Long story short I found a realtor that could work with what I have now! Upon talking to head broker Rebecca she is refusing to release my contract even after being told her agent has done nothing so far her agent even planned a showing with me and said she didn't show up because she didn't want me to like the house and not be able to get it knowing all the while she had no plan for me she also stated she doest
