Don't do business with the Realtors at this office. They called to get their office carpet cleaned and said they wanted two offices and a hall cleaned. The phone caller was quoted an accurate price for this work. When the technician arrived, he did what a professional does: He walked through the area with the on-site representative and asked what areas does she want cleaned. Areas requested to be cleaned on the phone frequently don't turn out to be the areas actually cleaned. She said clean all the carpet. This happens to be what we did a few years ago. The area cleaned was larger than what the phone representative claimed. So, we cleaned the carpet as requested at a discounted price--and did a great job too. Apparently, the boss/reviewer wants to blame the carpet cleaning compan
