Coldwell Banker Cutten Realty are unapologetic about their unprofessionalism and negligent and incompetent handling of their properties. They are openly disrespectful to disabled veterans. I lived in Arcata, CA, for a year at one of their properties, and I literally had to pull their teeth to get rid of a rusty and leaky and moldy washer/dryer. Just do the right thing based on people's health. It's Arcata, California, for godsake's! It's Humboldt! Criminently!

Do not rent from these slum lords! They are completely unprofessional and conspired to kick us out from the beginning, when we did nothing wrong. Rather than helping when a bad housing situation got worse, they completely ignored us when we asked to move into a better place (away from drug dealers & inconsiderate rude neighbors). If Suzanne Tibbles really cared about providing good homes to people as she claims on her website, she'd never allow this to happen. These people are completely immoral and don't care about you. Stay away, far away! This is the reason we moved out of Humboldt County entirely. Crooks!

Poor quality work from their own people (although very over priced) with no one following up on work being done. Although office people are very kind and helpful it is a complete turn around for dealing with who is in charge! Very confrontational and disrespectful when questions arise about getting things done right! I reccomend getting your own reputable vendors and doing your own walk through after a renter moves out. However that is what your paying them for, right?

I have the pleasure of working with Suzanne Tibbles along with her colleagues they were all very professional. I really liked that she was able to help me get a tenant for my apartment and to be able to do all the paperwork. I highly recommend Suzanne. I will definitely use them again.

Their rentals are really run down and in need of many repairs. At time of move in, the place was dirty and crawling with ants. They told us they were gonna clean the carpets! So when you do end up calling for the many repairs you will need, it's like pulling teeth to make these folks do their job! On top of that, they talk down to us like they don't care because we're poor. Never rent from Cutten Rentals, you will regret it
