I used Humboldt Mortgage Company to apply for a reverse mortgage. The staff, Fatima and Maxwell, were wonderful to work with. They were very knowledgeable and efficient, and walked me through every step. I highly recommend them. One of the reasons for this loan, was to get a new roof on our garage. We were using tarps to cover the garage for 5 years. As you can see from the pictures it was a vast improvement.
