I would love to rate this realtor 0 stars. So I guess the Realtor doesn’t want to sell the house on Chad Ln? We are looking to buy from out of the area. We have requested to see the property multiple times, have a very large cash down payment (a few hundred thousand) however the agent refuses to show the house because we do not happen to travel with our realtor. Bad way to conduct business - especially for a house that has been in the market for so long. Your loss is someone else’s gain. FYI, we just sold our home and had already seen this home back in AUGUST. We were down here to make a final decision and that house was on our short list.
