Wow these guys were phenomenal!! We initially opened a escrow with another title company in Crescent City and after 7 months of them literally doing nothing we used Fidelity for sale of Mobile Home in Crescent City. They got the job done quickly and were informative and easy to contact through the whole process which took less than 30 days. Highly recommend these guys and would use this company in the future

Nikki and her team at Fidelity are true go getters and got our escrows (sale and purchase) closed on time! There are many stresses buying and selling real estate so having a title company that does what it says is greatly comforting in a hectic environment. Tiffany at Fidelity National Title is wonderful! She is very fast and efficient! She definitely knows what she is doing at her job! My escrow was done fast, and she was very professional! I highly recommend Tiffany at Fidelity National Title if you need someone who knows there job, and gets the work done in a timely matter. Tiffany is the best!!!

If you’re looking for an escrow company, I’d talk to your agent and look into here. :) As far as working on the real estate side of things... I know my team prefers Fidelity for escrows. Not only great - but good communication - quick - informative - out to help the buyer/seller and agents to get the home sold.

Although I assume the paper work is good , I am still waiting on my check was told I would receive it Tues or wed and here it is fri no check . So I took time off work waiting for fed ex no show so I called to ask what happened said they sent check through post office , I am in San Diego , taking much longer , I called the district manager Shirley sometime left detailed message no response . If possible use some one else
