Lorenzo Herrera was our realtor. We had no idea where to start or when to start until we requested a tour on Zillow and were connected to Lorenzo. I requested another tour prior and the realtor was super pushy so I appreciate Lorenzo being patient with me and my husband as we learned what we were looking for and could afford. We hired her on a recommendation from a friend (THANK YOU) for the purchase of our house in Eureka that was contingent upon selling our house in Mendo. If it weren't for Tracy's fierce advocacy, tenacity and leadership, I honestly don't know if these transactions would have actually gone through.
