Alton Swann is a liar and will RIP you off. This property does not now or never will have a city view the only view it has is the landfill
Rented from them for over 10 years to just have them up and tell us we had to move...was never late with rent even during the pandemic...they told us as long as we wanted to rent they would not sell condo...well...they lied...then the realtor that took over knew nothing about the place when we moved in and kept our security deposit...there was a fire in the building and I had to clean up the mess but couldn't get everything clean and they held it against us...never ever will we use them again or recommend them
