Clinton Court Apartments

I have lived in this apartment for 3 months now. The apartments are reasonably prized and have heating included. The electricity bills stay low for me as well. I love my walk to downtown. The locality is friendly, safe and maintenance requirements are mostly met on time.

I’ve lived here at Clinton Courts Apartments for going on to 2 years and I love it here. Great location, affordable rent ,24 /7 maintenance and modern and up to date apartments. Love the fact that we live in a secure building. Any maintenance problems are addressed in a timely manner. Recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartments at a great price!

I have lived here for about a year and have found it to be quiet, safe and well maintained. The apartments are attractive. The mailboxes, trash and laundry are all conveniently located inside the building. Maintenance issues have been dealt with quickly and the staff always courteous and friendly. Upon moving in I found management had kindly made an adjustment to the stairway handrail to help me out with my mobility issues. - posted on behalf of Anne Webert

I have lived here for 15 months so far and I am very happy here. Chris, the owner, was very nice and willing to work with me and take a chance when I moved from out of state and I am forever grateful for that. Brook is a fabulous maintenance supervisor, taking care of any issue that arises and going above and beyond to help out. The building is secure, mailbox is indoors, laundry is in the building and cheap (tho sometimes requires 2 dry cycles), extra storage closets downstairs and large closets in apt. Apts are updated and very affordable. Heat is included in winter which is a huge perk. Good location too. Only thing missing is air conditioning.

Nice quiet place to live. Blocks away from the Square. On site maintenance 24/7. Can do laundry without leaving building, same with taking out garbage. Snow removal included. Owners are very nice people. I've lived there 9 years and watched the complex into something special with big nice apartments that are affordable with the nicest tenants. 👍
