Clifton Place Apartments

Avoid this apartment complex at all costs. I've lived here for 3 years, and honestly, I regret signing the lease. There were so many issues that have made my time here miserable, starting with the pests. I've had consistent problems with bugs—everything from ants to roaches and outside bugs, showing up in my apartment despite my best efforts to keep things clean. Other residents had the same complaints. Another huge issue is the noise. This place is loud. Whether it's the neighbors partying or the thin walls that make it impossible to get a good night's sleep, the noise level is unbearable. I can't relax or enjoy any peace in my own home. Clifton place is a very clean and enjoyable place to live and the management and maintenance are very friendly.

Definitely get one star from me. Applied 2 weeks ago checked my portal daily for updates. And never saw anything other than pending. Spent 200 dollars just to not get any notifications on applications just to email them about I can't get in portal and then was emailed back said it's something to do with system. Then check email and was denied. Still can't get in my portal. If I was anyone looking to rent do not I repeat do not go here. Denise does nothing they say she do in the reviews. You going beout of money just for applying.

I moved into Clifton Place back in January and it has been amazing. Mrs Denise was very nice and professional. She welcomed me with open arms and till this day, she continues her hospitality.
