Knollwood Townhouse Apartments

I’ve lived here for three years now and love it. It’s quiet, peaceful I don’t have to worry about someone trying to break into my car or apartment, anything that I needed fixed or looked at is handled fast. Also their maintenance man is very nice and knowledgeable, he doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. The washer and dryer included in the unit is a major plus as well!

Knollwood is a wonderful community with amazing staff. My family lived there for 11 years. My kids grew up there and we will always cherish the wonderful memories we had at Knollwood. It's a nice quiet community with lots of amenities for whatever stage of life you're in. They always had community events to engage residents and show how much they cared, like pool parties and food giveaways. There's something for everyone here. The staff was always understanding, and worked with us through the most difficult times, which went beyond the norm to help us know they truly valued the people there, not just their business. Knollwood has been one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in recently. I’ve been here for about nine months, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff is incredibly welcoming and genuinely appreciative of their residents. They go above and beyond to make us feel seen and heard. For example, after I submitted a survey requesting a dog waste station closer to my building, a new station was installed within two weeks—top-tier service. Maintenance is also excellent; Dustin is prompt, efficient, and makes sure everything is fully resolved before he leaves. I would highly recommend living here, not only for the amazing staff but also for the calm, community-focused environment. I've recently moved into Knollwood apartments, and I couldn't be happier! The maintenance team has been wonderful; they're prompt and efficient whenever I've needed assistance. A special shout out to Dustyn - his communication skills are fantastic! He explains everything clearly. The leasing staff is also super friendly and helpful, making the entire leasing process smooth. Thank you Lisa! The apartment community itself is peaceful and quiet, which I truly appreciate. The only downside I've noticed is that the windows are a bit older, allowing some cold air and noise to come in. However, this is a minor issue compared to all the positives! Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home!
