Buckhill Village Apartments

My experience at Buckhill Village Apartments has been wonderful during my two and a half years here. I’ve lived in both a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom, and each was spacious, clean, and in a very quiet community. Lori and Makayla are excellent property managers—professional, caring, and always making residents a priority. The maintenance technician is also outstanding—prompt, professional, and takes pride in his work while keeping residents informed. I highly recommend Buckhill Village—you won’t regret living here!

The apartments are clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff and management team are friendly, responsive, and always willing to help when something comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the grounds are kept beautiful year-round. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and major highways, but it’s still quiet and peaceful. The apartment complex has some really nice features—spacious layouts, good location, and the grounds are well kept. Buckhill Village has truly captured the feeling of being at home.

I have had the honor of experiencing the amazing assistance while residing at Buckhill Village. Both management and staff have continuously gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable where I live. They have always been compassionate and willing to help since I have moved here in 2021. Buckhill Village is an amazing place to live. The management personnel, especially Lori and Makayla, go over and beyond to make you feel at home and well taken care of. It's always clean and inviting. The pool, dog park, fitness center and car wash makes everything so convenient. It's a wonderful place to call home and enjoy easy living.

The location of this apartment complex is great for access to major highways and airports. These units are cheaply built. But maintenance is responsive. The layout of the two bdrm is good. The built-in kitchen microwave is placed at a strange, dangerous height (too high) for accessing food, like you have to literally reach up to get things in or out, and I'm tall! The floors and walls paper thin. The tenants above me are extremely noisy most hours of the day and night, way beyond regular living noises. Constant bumping, dragging furniture, parties, etc. It appears that most tenants who live here don't care about the upkeep of shared spaces (especially dog owners). Dog poop can be spotted easily. The area around the trash compactor can get super messy on weekends and the breezeways smell. T
