Ethan Pointe Apartments

Unfortunately, I can't say I was given a good impression. Despite reserving a time for a room tour and arriving on time, the staff member decided to handle walk-ins instead that day. As the staff member was heading out of the leasing office to show the other guests the apartment complex, she asked why I had come, completely unaware of the appointment. The staff member was polite enough to offer complimentary drinks while I waited, but the lack of prioritization and respect for my time rubbed me the wrong way. Ultimately, I decided to take this as a red flag and look elsewhere.

I just moved into this apartment complex, and it’s been a good experience so far. The process was a little tricky at first, but Shalyn helped me through every step and made it so much easier. She’s been super kind, very patient ,and great at communicating. The place itself is nice, and any small issues I’ve had were just with neighbors, not the complex. Overall, I’m pleased with how everything has gone and appreciate all of Shalyn’s help.

We love our place!!! The office personnel are fabulous; maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and professionally; and the neighbors are friendly and respectful of noise levels, parking spaces. It has been one of the best places we've lived.

I truly felted welcomed. Brenda was very informative about the apartments. She took me on a tour and able to answer my questions with ease. I have been looking to relocate and this experience has made me feel like this may be the best place for me.

My tour was very nice comforting and welcoming. Looking forward to becoming a new resident at Ethan Pointe!
