Beautiful apartments, great office staff who instantly make you feel welcomed instead of just another future resident. Awesome maintenance guy who does his absolute best to keep it nice and clean, always smiles and waves! Keep up the amazing work!

I am presently a resident in the most homeliness of homes I have ever encountered living in. The amenities are superb especially the access to the gym equipment and the pool which i am patiently waiting to experience. Staff especially Miss Stephanie George and her professionalism makes this development enjoyable to live in.

We love calling Preston Park our home. The staff is really friendly and they really keep the grounds up. They always do such fun things for the tenants and the amenities are very nice as well!

The apartment complex is nice and the apartments are very spacious. I have a family member who moved in a few months ago. Again, nice place to live if you enjoy smelling weed every time you sit outside. It’s a shame management does nothing about it. Was brought to their attention and an email was sent out but nothing has changed. Honestly they seem clueless.

I currently reside at Preston apartments so far it has been a wonderful place to call home, and the staff is friendly and very helpful so if you looking for a great place to call home come to Preston homes I promise you will love it.
