Clarke Realty: Doris Clarke

My husband and I recently purchased a home with the help of Clarke Realty. The purchase hit several snags which I will not bore you with, but Clarke Realty was unbelievably supportive throughout the entire process. Doris never tired of our phone calls and was always willing to help, even when it was beyond the scope of her work. Even long after we closed on the house, Doris continued to help us! We could not have been happier with our experience with Clarke Realty. We would certainly call on them again in the future and highly recommend to anyone searching for a home.

I read the other review for this realtor and sadly this was not my experience. Maybe because I was looking for an apt instead of a house. My only interaction was with the owner. I sent a request to view one her properties via one of the apt. apps and did not get a response for over a week. Odd but understandable depending on how “hot” the unit is and it’s availability. I decided to send her a personal message and she responded. First email had no introduction nor pleasantries: First email: This property is still available thanks Doris My response: Is anyone available tomorrow for a showing? Thanks Her: Maybe? It depends.
