I have lived in Willow Run Apartments in Clinton, TN since August 5, 2023. From my first interaction with Leslie in the office to looking around the property, I felt that this could be a great place to move to. I was right! I know my neighbors, they wave and say hello, the maintenance staff are super friendly and always go above and beyond. The property is clean and well maintained and residents take pride in their space. Thank you for being such a hands on management team and so welcoming. Life is good here. 😊

If I could I would give them negative stars. Currently my lease is not being renewed because of feeding stray cats that attend my Apartment window (basement level) although these cats were on the companies property sheltered in the companies shed they just recently knocked down . Also I am ignored by the landlord when texting for emergency plumbing issues and repairs for my the continuous mold and exhaust problem I have in my bathroom and my window screen that was damaged by the company. After an emergency situation in my Building my Neighbors apartment was checked upon along with her text and call answered while my apartment not only wasn’t checked on but also ignored my text and call about the issue . Jerry and his team run a very tight ship. I have worked with them on several projects, and they are always very professional. You can tell that they really care about their customers and their business as a whole. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent/lease an apartment or commercial space because you will be treated like family and have a landlord that you can trust to have your best interest.

I called the number on their website to inquire about apt availability. I was told there's an apt is coming up soon & i was told the monthly rent (which immediately i thought was TOO HIGH - THEN i was told there's a $400 pet deposit fee PLUS an extra $50 month PET RENT, which I also thought was a LIE. THEN i find out i wasnt even speaking to management, it was THE SUPER who told me all of these "extra charges" - these "fees" will probably go into HIS POCKETS & even if it isnt, it's STILL PURE GREED to charge a tenant extra RENT every month for a pet. Just ONE MORE WAY to CHARGE MORE MONEY to line their pockets. They're GREEDY & MORE GREEDY. I will NOT be looking for an apt thru them. Freaking LIARS

THE WORST! My apartment had mold and they lied and said that there was not while I have proof. If you can do not lease or rent with any of their apartment complexes. They just want your money but do not care for customer service or happiness.
