Cityscape

The management that runs Cityscape is both incompetent and negligent. Stick with me for this as it could make you think twice about picking the cheaper apartment option. On multiple occasions I have asked that if maintenance, room tours, or inspections are present in my apartment, that the management person in charge of said visit shut the doors to rooms that are closed upon arrival. Never has this been done. I am moving out, and there is naturally a tour of my unit while I am gone. Instead of shutting the doors like I have asked, they simply claimed they "thought they had". My cats then got into some allergy medicine and knocked over plants. The response from management? "Sorry that happened, we will try better again in the future". EDIT 2: AGAIN this morning. 4th time in the last 2 months. This is insane. Absolutely insane. And their response continues to be that there is nothing that can be done while referring to it as an “inconvenience.” Having to leave your home repeatedly is more than an inconvenience. It feels like nothing is taken seriously here. EDIT: The fire alarm went off AGAIN this morning. This is the second time I had to cancel a client because of this building. Run, don’t walk somewhere else. I want to share my experience with this place so then hopefully others will be aware before choosing to live here. There were a lot of things that attracted me to this place such as the location and the price, but honestly I wish I would have chosen to live somewhere else. Currently it’s just after 8 am on a Sa

We just moved in about a month ago and love it here so far! Management is really helpful, and there are great amenities. This is an older building but it’s very well maintained. It’s an amazing apartment for a good price and awesome location.

I’ve lived at Cityscape for 3 years and I’ve absolutely loved it. The management is super responsive. They are always there to assist. The property is clean and very safe. I have no complaints whatsoever. You will not regret living here!

I have lived here for about 2 years and I absolutely love it! Management is on top of it and really responsive and kind. Anytime I’ve had to call maintenance they are on it right away! It’s an older building but it’s always clean and well maintained. The pool is fantastic and it’s nice there is so much greenery around. It’s nice and quiet. I almost never hear my neighbors.
