City Villas Apartments

This place is one of the most horrible I have ever experienced, cockroaches, dirty mice, the manager does not do her job, she does not carry out the repairs until she feels like it, the security cameras are useless, they have gotten into my car several times and they have not told me I have been able to show the cameras, it is supposed to be a safe place with a gate to enter. I have been robbed from the balcony. I call management and it is always the same response. I make a report but they never solve anything. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE THEY ARE ABUSIVE AND THE PRICE THEY CHARGE DEFINITELY DOESN'T. OK!

So many roaches. We didnt even move in, we had to get our money back. I couldnt move my toddler in there. Its infested, people need to know their renters rights. Roaches and roach feces everywhere. In the cabients, behind the stove, in the heaters, coming out of the outlets. Even painted over roaches, PAINTED OVER!!! Like they see they have a problem and so they paint over it. Its so appalling!!!! The other ladies in the office are nice and helpful. Karla really cared about the situation while Gina the manager only argued with us and only cared about the money. Gina owes the people who live there and her staff an apology and needs to show some decency, house your tenants and tent your buildings. They charm up the place and show you a clean model then put you in a newly renovated roach hous

They said they painted the apartment that's why they took long to give us the apartment. But it was never painted , just touch up and with the wrong paint and dirty molding and yellow ceiling. Glad we took pictures. They dont open in the time and they leave early. Nice apartment, calm but bad maintenance or just liers honestly, very disappointed

It is our first time looking for an apartment and we've been through sweet and sour time! We love it at the first sight. This apartment have many good things from living room to your private patio and to your own laundry room and also resort lifestyles (pools, bbq area, basketball court, nice landscape)! We were so afraid and have no experience but thanks to Karla, everything went as smooth as it can. Karla contacted us to let us know on our current waiting list, what documents we need to bring in, explain to us on the contract, and walk through the whole apartment with us prior to our moving. Every time we contacted Karla for help (no hot water, can't open main gate, electricity black out, online rental payment discrepancies..), she's there trying to resolve the problem for us whether it

Everything about it is awful. Roches,spiders everywhere before we even put in our stuff in & yet still here. Poor installation ,carelrss job they just paint over every thing. Broken dishwasher & dirty stove. Oh yeah and they have many cracks where they were too careless to even patch up.
