I have been residing here for 6 years and its a great place to feel welcome and well taken care of . The property management team is on point with everything from fun events created monthly, to resolving maintenance requests very quickly. Angelica, Pamela, Caitlyn , Lindsay and Jordan are top tier. The vibe here is positive, professional and always welcoming. The grounds and landscape property is always well groomed and kept maintained.

I am extremely grateful for the office team. They are always responsive and get things done right away. Anytime I’ve had an issue or question, they handle it quickly and professionally. It really makes a difference to have a leasing office that truly cares and follows through.

I just moved in a love it so far! The office staff are super helpful whenever I had any questions. Jordan specifically did an amazing job helping find an apartment that fit my needs and price range. So far with work orders they have been done very quickly and to my satisfaction! I would highly recommend anyone live here!

Jordan was fantastic! I’ve been looking and things have really changed since the last time I did this 30yrs ago. Jordan patiently and sweetly answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them, even days after my tour of Cielo. Even though I am not able to live at Cielo due to it being out of my budget I wanted to make sure people know how great their office staff is bc I’ve ran into some real, well let’s just say not so nice people on this new journey of mine. Thank you Jordan for being so sweet & patient with me.

Do not sign. Here are photos of the apartment I left on 03/23 that they refused to return any portion of the $500 deposit for or even an itemized deduction list to this day. During my 9 month stay there were several instances of maintenance entering without notice, leaving trash, and unlocked doors behind. A tweaker lived above me and could be heard yelling through all hours of the night and would even bang on my door, as well as others, in the middle of the night. He was reported by several residents and no action was ever taken. The manager, Angelica, has been rude and deceitful in every interaction. If you value your safety, privacy, and hard earned money, spend it elsewhere.
