Do yourself and your family a life changing favor and Do Not understand any circumstances move here!!! What they mean by 55 and over community is that all the residents have to be 55 and over. The houses are poorly made and thrown together very quickly. The toilets are not high enough for older people to sit on. If you have a wheelchair and you need to get in the extra bathroom or extra bedroom forget it. The doorways are not built big enough for a wheelchair and barely a walker to get through. The toilets are very low to the ground and hard to get off of. The AC and heat do not circulate well through the house. Parts of your house will cool down and other parts will be hot and cannot cool down at all. If you want to go back to high school in your '50s and over then this is a neighborhood

After spending a decade of our lives pouring money into repairs on an older home, my husband and I – who are in our mid-50’s – finally decided to sell and search for something new. The market being what it is with interest rates so high, we knew it would be challenging and we were right. It took us several months of looking at and passing on dozens of resale homes, devoting full weekends to open houses, sitting down with all the big brand-name home builders, etc. and generally getting frustrated and discouraged. It started to feel like we might never find anything of good quality at a fair price and maybe such a thing did not exist anymore. I don't live here, but I live nearby. The residents are extremely unfriendly and rude to anyone passing through this neighborhood. Don't purchase in this development if you are expecting small town hospitality.

Not impressed, seems to be on the low quality end and the driveways are too short to park in and the alley where the garages are located is narrow which makes parking in the garages difficult. There is also a Vets Office on the perimeter so I wonder how pleasant it might be if they kennel dogs overnight...
