Christopher Todd Communities

This has got to be the worst place when it comes to communication and safety. Please do not let the pretty pictures fool you!

Our initial enthusiasm for our new community was short-lived, as it became a nightmare. Upon returning from vacation on September 2nd, we found our cars missing. Despite repeated attempts to contact the office and answering service, we received no support. We incurred a $600 expense to recover our vehicles due to delayed registration stickers. I am extremely disheartened with the management of Christopher Todd's community, particularly the Mountain View Manager in Surprise, who failed to notify us via email or phone.

Antoinette is wonderful! Very kind and professional. I'm relocating from out of state and called to learn about this beautiful community and had a new apartment less than an hour later. I'm so excited about everything the community offers, but especially my fenced in backyard for my dogs. Thank you Antoinette. I can't wait!

Build to rent is taking away from the American dream. I rented from there guys and would never do it again. STOP monetizing the middle class!

The staff are very attentive and professional. I just finished my application and will be signing my lease agreement soon. Thanks Cathy!
