Cheyenne Villas Apartments

They charged me a late fee on the 2nd day, the first was on a Sunday and they are closed. When I spoke with the property manager she gave me a attitude saying I had to pay $15 fee because they had already posted the late notice ON THE SECOND DAY!! The next month they gave me a termination notice with no reason why. Very unprofessional, and god forbid you speak up against them because they will kick you out. Never been a nuisance nor have complaints against me from my neighbors. But because I spoke out about an illegal fee for paying rent on the second day, they decided to terminate my lease. Unless you’re on section 8, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

That's a funny response from the property as I was the only one asking for help while everyone else acts like the roaches are obsolete due to being harassed and bombarded without a 24 hours notice which is the legal way.... The only way this will change is if everyone stands together no matter what date or time you have reside at his property your American right is to be free from pest the problem is everyone over looks it's because it is hard to find a place after a illegal eviction you shouldn't even be paying rent for a infested property the government needs to look into this this the problem with Americans is lack of oversight it's weird and mind boggling I wish I was a lawyer because I'd have a field day any lawyers willing to help me I have all proof let me know. From my viewpoint, I am satisfied with living in this location. Cheyenne Villas has been accommodating; however, I believe the root cause of the disturbances lies with non-resident friends and family. There is a general disregard for the apartments, and the responsible parties are not the residents, but rather external individuals who do not belong. These individuals enter and exit the premises without resident accompaniment. I place responsibility on parents who neglect to supervise their children, as well as grown adults, kids that have a tendency to cause trouble leading to destruction of property within the apartments. And kids & adults language is horrible . It is crucial for parents to closely monitor their children's behavior.

Cheyenne Valley Apartments is a wonderful place to live. I really appreciate the office staff—they’re always amazing, helpful, and friendly. The property is well-maintained, clean, and overall a great environment.

I had the worst encounter coming here trying to view an apartment. I called to setup an appointment and the phone conversation was fine. I came in earlier before my appointment time and the same person was extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. Then she refused to show me the apartment stating that I didn’t speak to her and I didn’t call to setup an appointment when I showed her the call log. I don’t understand why I was treated so poorly and what the issue was if I called to setup the appointment. It’s giving racism. You had absolutely no reason to treat me so disgustingly when I just came by to see a unit.
