DO NOT BUY DR HORTON HOMES HERE! We moved into this neighborhood a year and a half ago. Immediately, we were sold by the beautiful neighborhood, the people, and the seemingly amazing new construction home by DR Horton. We chose a new construction to settle into our family's forever home and avoid old house problems. Since moving in to our dream home, it's been nothing but nightmares. -Our backyard is a flood zone during storms because the grading was done incorrectly and the flow of water doesn't follow it's original path, but instead, up to our home's foundation causing damage. -The plumbing has been bursting in all areas of the home and has cause black mold in our basement. DR Horton refuses to inspect visible water spots because "it isn't an active leak" even though the evidence i
