Chelsea Garden Apartments

If I could give 0 stars I would, my boyfriend currently lives there over the past year the refrigerator has broke, the dishwasher has broke, water has come through the sealing and into the kitchen light filling the light up with water and each time they replaced something in the apartment the rent randomly went up.. how convenient. He has contacted them multiple times about the black mold that is in his bathroom each time they send the maintenance man and he just scrubs off what he sees and then puts Culk over the mold on the edges and cresses of the shower. As well as showed the maintenance man the mold coming through our sealing from the apartment upstairs and still NOTHING!!! has been replaced. Also don’t even get me started on the amount of bugs I’ve seen crawling through the AC units

The new management has done a lot of work on the property, and the place looks very nice. I enjoy the new BBQ and picnic table. Thank you.

Very small complex and the units are in need of a good remodel.
