I have live here for more then 10 years for me and from I have seeing is a great place to live maintenance is always on top of everything. Is true some. Green areas they are not in these conditions but nothing is perfect in this world .
You’d think the guest spots would be for guests… but considering each house hold only gets ONE assigned spot the whole family parks their cars in all the guest spots. Also, everyone will stare at you when driving through the apartments. They charge WAY too much for their place.
**DO NOT RENT HERE** They kick me out for no reason. They said they just want it my apt. back. They wouldn't renew my contract and manager has alot of issues! She talks to the residents like we are dumb. EVEN STALKS YOU!! Wont recommend this place even if the rent is the cheapest around! MESSY PEOPLE!! If it was possible, I wouldnt even leave a star.
I love living here, I love the management. I rented a 1 bedroom at one time now I'm renting a 2 bedroom. This is such a great place to live.
