I am currently still living here and I can’t wait until me and my family leave. let’s start with maintenance… absolutely terrible people they don’t care about your personal space at all! I am 17 years old( minor) and when my family was gone I was asleep and woke up to 2 grown men in the apartment. No one knocked or rang the door bell they just let themselves in. the office people are terrible and don’t work with you at all. in the 10 years spam that my family has lived here we have giving them roughly a quarter million dollars. and they are still NOT letting us downsize or leave. they are very greedy and Just want your money. they will charge you for THERE remodeling. no appliances work properly no matter how many times they come in too “ fix it”. they have lied many times saying there co

Do not move here! I have witnessed drug use on the property. I have found hypodermic needles on the property also. I have mentioned this to management, nobody has come to clean or dispose of the needles. Kids could easily stumble upon these on the property. I no longer feel safe living at this complex and will be moving out asap.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not move here whatsoever. Tons of mold inside and out. My husband had to throw away $150 pair of dress shoes because the closet constantly molded. I had to throw away tons of hoodies as well due to the mold. They just throw paint on top of everything and call it good. It doesn't matter if you live there for 2 months or 2 years, they will replace all of the carpet and charge you for it. I cleaned that place better than I received it and they are still trying to charge us $150 in cleaning fees. They make up whatever they want to get you to pay for their remodels. The parking here is a NIGHTMARE!! If you don’t want to pay an arm and leg for a parking go elsewhere. Street parking shouldn’t even be a thing! There are enough spots for everyone! It’s just GREED at this point. Overpriced apartments as is but they want to nickel and dime you for everything else too.

Zero stars this place is horrible I lived here 6 months and they came into my home twice a month every month had some excuse to come in every time I gave them notice I was leaving and breaking my leese they had grown men coming into my home while I was at work and my 16 year old daughter was home alone I informed them I was leaving and would pay the leese break fee wich came to 6000 they are money hungry and are trying to charge me 9 grand for all this extra stuff the lady’s in the office are rude to tennants their is drug needles laying in the yards trash builds up and stinks they started charging us to have visitors park in visitor parking 10 bucks for 24 hours it was free when I moved in there is two pools and one isn’t working and they didn’t open the second one tell the end of summer
