THE FACT YOU SAID YOU HAD TO DEEP CLEAN AGAIN because it's not move in ready IS LAUGHABLE! I GOT IT CLEANES BY A CLEANING COMPANY.It's a ONE bedroom apartment, there are no other areas to clean. DO NOT MOVE HERE! They give gift cards for positive reviews. So many hidden fees and also make sure you take pictures of EVERYTHING and keep all of your paperwork. Also make sure you have a lot of extra time to bounce back and forth with them when you want a price breakdown of your deposit. They will tell you call a off property number that keeps telling you to talk to the landlord. I would not recommend this place, there is always trash out and before and after holidays they will not take out your trash and they leave bags behind or dont take it at all, even if you follow bthe guidelines. I think the maintenance crew here sometimes works really well and sometimes does not. Most requests I believe have been addressed to be passable in the short term. However, fall far below standards for long term resilience. Requests made by my apartment have been resolved primarily through patchwork fixes and some remain unfulfilled. As I'm writing now I have an ongoing request with the garage that I rent. Damage has been done to the drywall caused by the maintenance crew and steps have been taken where this will not occur as frequently if at all and for that I am grateful. However, I was told that the drywall that has been damaged was going to be replaced and that has yet to happen. Additionally, my garage door now doesn't open-- luckily my car wasn't in there at the time of its malfunct

Rivercrest Meadows is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Management and Maintenance are great. The property is clean and people care about their neighbors. We have lived here for nearly 4 years and love the area. Close to HWY 99 and close to Tualatin but tucked in a quiet corner of the city near the River. Kids play outside and ride bikes to the school and Jurgens park. Get the best of Tigard, Tualatin & Sherwood within 10 minutes.

I have been living here for a long time! I won't move because I have received the service that I signed up for on my lease agreement.. Read it.. I m not the only one In the apartments/ townhomes ever to have problems! That's why we rent and have a spa and fitness room.. unlimited garbage and recycling. IT'S so much easier than having a house Plus amenities you don't have to clean. The maintenance Manager is Wonderful and his attitude is great. LOUIS!! GOOD 👍 😊

I can’t give this apartment complex enough stars. We moved in a week ago and Shawna at the office was beyond amazing! She helped me find the perfect home for us and made the paperwork process go smoothly. The grounds are so clean the new fitness center is better than planet fitness so I get to cancel that membership. I lived in another apartment complex down the road for twelve years and moving here I got a bigger place all updated and an extra bedroom for the same price I am just mind blown honestly. I highly recommend this complex and working with the staff and especially Shawna was the best experience ever!
