Great older family owned property Always trying to improve and fix anything brought to attention If your looking for an apartment in the Roswell area then I recommend chateau villa to you !
If you look very close at the top of J building at the brick and soffits you can still see the scorch marks from the 1971 fire. I lived in J-7 Hardeman and Long Were the managers
Quiet apartment complex. The neighbors and employees are friendly. Also I have had zero issues/problems in 6+ years.
A good place, except on Saturday and Sunday nights the people who live in the R and S apartments at the back of the parking lot play very loud music and don't let you sleep
I live there and it's awesome.:-P I love it B-) B-) B-)
