The management team and staff are generally very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The office staff always greets you with a smile when you walk in the office and ready to assist you. As for maintenance, hands down they are fast on getting work orders completed; THANK YOU! Now let me not forget to mention the porter gentlemen. He's always on top of keeping the property clean. You know it’s bad when they have gone viral on TikTok multiple times! These apartments have an unmonitored back area where anything goes. -Your apartment will be broken into -Your car WILL be destroyed -your car will be broken into -your car will be vandalized -if you don’t believe me you can look it up yourself. Or just drive by and visit these Hood activities. -Constant gun shots. -Cops coming by 4x a week from pure violence. -Constant violence from fighting in the street Since this is second chance. You will have to pay a ridiculous deposit of $4,000 And if you sign a lease for $1,300 a month be prepared to pay $1,600. Every month they add ridiculous fees for about $300 more You WILL NOT GET A DESPOSIT BACK!! Nobody gets a deposit back from living here!!
