Great experience with the new management I recently interacted with the new management, and I was genuinely impressed. They were extremely polite, professional, and easy to communicate with. Even while I was helping translate over the phone, they were patient, understanding, and very respectful. Everything was handled efficiently and with care. It’s clear that the new management is making a positive difference and truly values residents. Based on this experience, I highly recommend this apartment community.

The new property manager, Charlie has been nothing short of amazing. There’s a playground coming for the kids and many other amenities. He goes above and beyond and I’m truly thankful. Thanks again Charlie! 😊

The new leasing manager Charlie is very rude and mean the place is getting nicer and love everything new management is doing I just think he could be more respectful to people that been here for a while you can’t talk to people a certain way .

UPDATE TO MY MOTHERS POST IN REGARDS TO MY UNIT!!!! I haven’t had cool air for a week now I called maintenance multiple times 2 different Maintenece men came and loooked and gave me two different reasons why. One said im low on fluids and will be back the following day to put more fluids in the tank but never came and the other said that I had my thermostat set too low “69” he told me to set the thermostat at 75 which is stupid because that’s warm air. Let me remind everybody that I went the entire winter without any heat and they finally fixed it mid March after giving me the run arounds. Its was to the point where their maintenance staff was texting me from their personal phones to mingle with me instead of fixing my damn heat. Great management. They're very patient and understanding. Has been great living here, management are easy to communicate and they solve any problems fast and swiftly.
