I love living here! All of my maintenance requests are handled very quickly. It’s a nice property and I like my apartment. I feel safe here! And if you’re reading this, Jared, I really appreciate you. You always do a good job on my maintenance repairs.

In serious need of updated fixtures and appliances, hallways and units reek , AC has broken twice in the two months we’ve been here. Thin walls, dog poop everywhere, pretty sure there’s mold in all the vents, and a dirty pool...I could go on. Definitely wouldnt recommend!

Been a resident for about 20 months. Communication between customer and management has improved, but a better system on notifying residents on maintenance actions (arrival time, repair action, and projected repair time) via email is needed. Still a good option for lower budgets. Pros: - Great Value - Good location - Prompt Maintenance (1-10-day remediation for non-emergency - Mostly quiet - Safe Cons: - No fiber internet - Dated apartments and infrastructure - Very tight parking - Below-standard maintenance ticketing system The apartment complex is good overall if you are on a tighter budget (come with realistic expectations). The chief complaint is a lack of a consistent, robust system of communication favoring both LUND Co. and the customer. All my needs have been met here and am over

I’ve been living here for a few months now and it’s been a really good experience so far. I haven’t had any major issues, and everything’s been pretty smooth. I did have a loose shower faucet at one point, but I put in a maintenance request, and they came by to fix it within a couple of days, which I really appreciated. Parking hasn’t really been a problem for my building. It does fill up in the front later in the day, but there’s always plenty of space on the side, so I’ve never had trouble finding a spot. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and easy place to live.

Since we moved in last October we have had more things break down from our refrigerator to our Air Conditioner to our Dishwasher and Kitchen Faucet than is anywhere near acceptable or reasonable. There is a hole in the subflooring of our living room that the office manager has basically told us to “just live with” because “they would have to have a contractor come out to fix it” however the manager has made no attempts whatsoever to get it resolved beyond treating us like we are children. The air conditioner has broken at least 4 times and the most recent it has been down for over 3 weeks in the middle of 95+ degree weather. The length of time to get things fixed is absolutely unacceptable and it very much feels like the apartments don’t give a damn about maintaining their property.
