If you are selecting a mortgage bank; select a bank that is a "GOOD NEIGHBOR". Let It be known that JP Morgan- Chase Bank, the mortgage holder for 337 Hildebrand Dr, is NOT a good neighbor. Chase Bank repossessed this fired damaged & condemned home ~ 4 years ago. Since then the property has been neglected. Fallen trees have damaged neighbors' homes and cars. Worse, vagrants have lived in this derelict property posing a danger to neighbors and an eyesore from our neighborhood.
