I have been a Chase customer for almost 20 years and visit this branch regularly. Until now, I’ve always been happy with the bank. However, the way I was treated recently — both personally and in regard to my business — was beyond disappointing. I came in to handle a sensitive matter: my brother had just passed away, and I was bringing in a check issued in his name.
