Stopped by because I needed to open an account. Teller says all bankers are busy but she can make appt for tomorrow. I asked how long it takes to open account, she said 60 minutes. That’s right -60 minutes to open a plain vanilla easy peasy account. What are these bankers doing- Sketching a still portrait??!! No wonder people are switching to fintech. Who has that kind of time?? I walked out.
