While apartment hunting, we stopped by this place. The staff were so friendly. The place is neat too. Even though we did not find the unit we were looking for, they helped us look for properties that might have it.

We just had a crisis! I was sitting in my living room enjoying my Saturday morning and I heard a scratching sound from my fireplace. It sounded like a small animal was up near the top of the chimney. Suddenly the sound got a lot louder and it was clear that the animal had fallen down into the chimney and was now just above the fireplace. The fireplace flue was closed so the critter could not get inside. I thought about opening the flue to release the animal but I didn’t have any protective gear to wear, and there is no way to know what a wild animal would do once let loose in an enclosed room. I called Charter Oak’s emergency phone number and left a message describing my problem. Within 2 hours there was a knock on our door. I love this place. It's close to work and convenient to two grocery stores. The staff is wonderful and very helpful when in need.

I’ve reviewed before and happy to do it again. I’ve lived here four years. It’s been a great experience. The apartments are older but nice and the complex is VERY well maintained. It’s small and personable and feels like home. The staff is amazing and always so helpful and understanding. Stefanie goes above and beyond and makes you feel like this is truly your home. Leah is kind and willing to help in any way she can if you have a challenging situation arise. The maintenance crew is always on top of things and so nice! It’s animal friendly and the neighbors have been great! Here’s looking forward to several more years.

Excellent exceptional service all around. Just renew my lease because these are the finest hard working exceptional group of people. Truly from the bottom of my heart I can't say this enough they take of the tenants. They always lookout for the best interest of the tenants. I'm so proud to be apart of this great community family. 3.8 Google rating needs to be changed this community complex so much better rating 5.0 in my books. You can't get a better quality of service living here. BRAVO ZULU!!! to the staff continue to be the best y'all can do.
