My name is Marsha Williams, at Charmco Lofts Apartments. I came to Charleston West Virginia last year in seek of a new lifestyle journey of seeking affordable housing. I found a wonderful apartment in a nice community. I would like to thank 😊 Ms. Christie Hosler for achieving my goal with affordable living. I have made a beautiful 😍 home for myself and very grateful for my transition ❤️
Very clean inside and out. Historical building built in 1854. Established as Charmco Mills. One of the oldest buildings on the East End. Wonderful, and friendly managers. Great views of the Dirty Birds baseball field. Tenants seem to be friendly. Pet- friendly. There were some amenities that were not fulfilled such as exercise room, computer room, and an outside playground for the children. Every loft includes a GE washer & dryer, dishwasher.
They don’t give us key access to the community room and they lied about getting computers and the lady won’t get them to spray to kill insects.
Good, nice.
