Charlotte was the seller’s agent and she was pretty terrible. Didn’t respond quickly to anything, had amnesia about everything, didn’t communicate well with her own clients who were getting divorced, never told us that the dishwasher didn’t work, tried to take the refrigerator on the last day because she didn’t think we knew our rights, etc. If you want sanity, don’t work with her.

Charlotte did an excellent job representing my brother and I as we sold our Mom’s house. She provided solid advice, worked hard to make things as easy as possible for us, communicated well, and sold the house in a tough real estate market. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I’ve referred her to family members.

From her communication to her professionalism to her approach during negotiations she is nothing short of stellar.
