Charleston Court Luxury Apartments

I lived here from Nov 2024 - Nov 2025 and this is a full and honest review (this account is a throwaway): Pros: --Courtyard living is beautiful --Maintenance is quick + excellent --Gym is well-equipped (can actually replace your gym membership) --Location (is also a con, see below) Cons: --Location (see, proximity) to Sandy Springs is amazing, but living on this particular road (Glenridge) isn't fun. Commutes are pretty bad and road noise is 24/7 for people who live in the "outer" buildings --Staff Turnover: I stayed for 12 months and I had to re-learn 5 names in the office --Management: they are incredibly kind and mean well, but don't actually do much for you when you need them (see short stories below) --Age: Older buildings = more problems, but maintenance is great as mentioned above

Update: 12/10/24. It is raining, and for the third time in under a year, my apartment is flooding. Will they do more than slap a bandaid on it?? taking it down from 2 to one stars because maintenance left their set of keys in my door, and didn’t even realize they left their keys, which is a safety risk. The front desk was unhelpful. Original: My apartment keeps flooding! I live on the ground floor, and this is the SECOND time in under a year that my apartment has flooded. The first time occurred in April of 2024, and this occurred Wednesday before the big storms this past weekend. Otherwise it’s an okay apartment complex. Charleston Court is truly a dream come true! The pricing is incredibly fair and affordable, and the amenities like the beautiful courtyards, a well-equipped gym, a great pool, and free Starbucks coffee can’t be beat. The location is also perfect and feels safe; everything you could need such as restaurants, shopping, and entertainment is just 5 to 10 minutes away. A huge shoutout to Brandon, our leasing agent, who made the entire leasing and move-in process an absolute breeze. He’s incredibly kind, helpful, and one of the best people we’ve had the pleasure of working with. If you’re looking to move here or anywhere in Sandy Springs, I’d definitely call and request Brandon. We couldn’t be happier to call Charleston Court home!

Maybe you are trying to find an apartment and checking out the reviews only to find they are inflated because of "tour" reviews or people being given rent discounts (my review is an honest review and there was no incentive given by the apartments to give a review). I did have a great tour with Jose who was very patient when I worried my king-sized bed wouldn't fit (it did and in a one bedroom at that) and the paperwork was easy to complete. Move-in went smooth and I got the apartment I had seen and moved in on the day I was supposed to (no bait and switch here). I've lived here a month now and only have great things to say about living here. Just about everyone I have passed in the parking lot and breezeways are friendly. There is no trash in the breezeways and I have not seen one bug

We were extremely impressed by the grounds and amenities- as well as the floorplan itself that Charleston Court has to offer. It’s in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that’s close to everything. Brandon, our leasing agent-*in particular*- has been so helpful in every step of the way helping us secure housing. I’m sure he could sense our anxiety when we sat down with him after a few days of looking around the city for a place to live (we are moving in from out of state). Thankfully we were impressed not only with what we saw at Charleston Court but also with the professionalism, fast response, and care from Brandon and the leasing office. We are so excited to move in!
