Chandler Pointe

Horrible. I've lived here for her 4 yrs. I've been waiting for a dishwasher for 5 months. Roaches are bad and I keep my house spotless. There is literally standing water in my dishwasher. I've talked to the office I've talked to the maintenance guys and nothing has been done. I can't wait to move. The only good thing is I have a roof over my head.

Lots of kids pick on one apartment (the one I used to be in with my mom and siblings, 2901) and there is this one kid who is now kicked out, we will harass me, bully me, make racial comments and ding dong ditching people and them trying to steal crap off our porch.

This is not so much a review as it is reminiscing. We lived there 50 years ago. I was in the Air Force making less than $500 a month. I think we qualified for FHA assistance back then, so it was pretty nice considering our limited budget. We were in a 1 br. somewhere near the office for the first month until we could get into a 2 br. The 2 br. was at the east end of the complex (2822 Kansas Dr.). When we moved in the only furniture we had was a bedroom set and a baby bed for our son. No kitchen table, and our living room furniture was a lawn chair and a cedar chest, with a 12" black & white TV sitting on the cedar chest. We eventually bought a kitchen table and chairs at a J.C. Penney's which was in a mall on the east side of 73/75. We were there a couple years, then moved to a 3 b

I don't live here,but have viewed townhomes and have heard good things since new management came in. The office mangers have been reapectful and helpful when I have came into office. The office was clean,and the grounds looked well maintained. It was pretty quiet during the day,I am not sure how it is at night. The Sara Lee company smells great. Again, not a resident but have had nothing but good experiences.

I stayed here for 3 years and on my third year. Mice was taken over and they only provided glue traps to capture the mouse. When my lease ended I got out of there. It is a health hazard. I would never recommend anyone to stay at Chandler Pointe Townhomes.
