Do NOT, under any circumstances, rent a property from this realty agency! They illegally withhold money from your deposit for things that are not allowed under OK law, and then essentially dare you to take them to small claims court to get your money back. Lots of people in the area are military, so they take advantage of the fact that many people are moving out of the area. Small claims court in Lawton is in-person only (no ZOOM option) so for those who have left the state, there is no way to take them to court and no other legal recourse. Who's going to go all the way back to OK to fight for $100 or $150? That's what they count on. They were also pretty unresponsive as landlords. One small example: I told them in November that a part had broken on the stove; called them at least monthly

I do not know if you are in on this or if it's just your office manager. But she took forty dollars from me and all my info to move into an apartment on cache rd and 67th area and has done absolutely nothing. I know to some forty dollars is nothing but for some of us it's everything we may have at times. It's not right, fair, and I should have read the reviews on google first. It's been several weeks and she keeps telling me that you haven't got to it yet, but anyone can run an app it doesn't have to be you being your the owner. But if I take forty dollars from someone and offer them a service and don't do it, ITS THEFT!!!!! how some people keep obtaining business I'll never know and I'm frankly sick of getting burned by businesses and corporations. This is the best company ever! I had been through with a few agents in Lawton prior and no one like Chance Realty . Thank you so much Teresa Chance, shes such a sweetheart lady with a professional responsibility and trust worthy! made it a great experience ever!

Worst place I have ever dealt with. As a 4 time Veteran I expected more professional service in a military town. They did not come to fix a single thing or even send someone to check including flooding. And then blamed me for them not coming. Also they ignored multiple attempts by me to try and get my deposit back after 45 days of waiting DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I have been living a nightmare for three years. Susan Stricklin was the sellers agent. Seller was Hartz Enterprises ~ Fabio Valesquez. I bought the home with an attached Addendum to closing as it hadn't passed inspection. Trusting all parties involved. Realtors, Brokers, Seller. I bought the house July 2017 the work to be completed by August 12 2017 it is now August 2020 and all attempts to get the work done have gone ignored. The major work I have had done at my expense. Like the Electrical completely rewired, new recessed lighting to code installed, new Electrical box, PSO installed new everything connected to house as they said this house flipper had tampered with their wiring also. PSO did complete inspection. Now all is a top quality & no longer a fir
